GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to all areas of the main house and outside. The guest cottage is not accessible for guests and is used by the owners.  It has its own separate entrance and does not share any common space with the main house.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will need to provide  government issued photo ID at check-in and a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign our Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay and pay a fully refundable security deposit.  By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Guests are expected to follow your rules and may be removed from Airbnb if they don't.

- Please do not block the walkway with parked cars. 

- Outdoor activities must end at 9 pm to meet neighborhood noise ordinances.

- Parties and events are not permitted.

- Fines for any violations are the responsibility of the rental parties. 

- ANY valuables left on property/site are left at your own risk. Owner/hosts are not responsible.
